Manoucheh is a Lebanese popular food consisting of dough topped with thyme, cheese or meat that can be either served for breakfast or lunch. In Arabic the word manaqish (from the arab root of naqasha ‘to sculpt or carve out’) meaning that the dough has been rolled flat, it is pressed by the fingertips to create little dips for the topping to lie in. It is traditionally oven baked in the morning for everyone to enjoy!

Having discovered her interest in jewellery making from an early age, Joanna’s inspiration and style has been guided by her passion for art, an acute and unconventional sense of beauty, an instinctive understanding of materials and unique craftsmanship. As jewellery rapidly became Joanna’s passion, she angled her studies towards making it her career. After graduating in Jewellery Design from the famous Central St. Martin’s, Joanna was immediately picked up by Swarovski.
